Mesón del Viento Hotel do not share information regarding to our guests during or after their stay, all information is keeped in our records safetely.

All the information provided on our web site are strictly confidencials. Mesón del Viento Hotel has the comitment of not to spread any information that reffers to our customers, dates for stay, phone, e mail adress or any other information regarding to them to any company either government, the use of this information is only for our guest history.

 As well, we would like to inform you that we DONT have direct acces to charge to your credit card untill you authorized it to us or may charge for No Show or late cancelation policys.

For changes and cancelations, please call to the hotel 5 days prior your arrival in order to avoid charges to your credit card. We charge 1 full night in case of No Show or late cancelations. Other services not canceled will be charged also.

The use or paractice of the activities and services outside the hotel are under the own risk and choice of the client.
